We arranged a home inspection for a house we were interested in buying with Yuri. It was easy to get it scheduled. Yuri is very professional and explained the procedures he would do on phone. he arrived on time, took more than 4 hours (it was a large house) for thorough inspection. He looked for structural issues as well as minor problems. The attic access in the house was blocked, and he worked really hard to get in the attic and complete the inspection. Overall we are very satisfied with the work he performed.

Our house needed a new roof after last year's brutal winter. We asked around, and looked up various roofing companies at homestars. We contacted a few and got estimates. Gitano Roofing's estimate was 20-30 % less than the others. We decided to hire Gitano Roofing. The provided us a date for work which did not suite us and they re-scheduled it according to our liking. They brought the shingles and other materials a week before the work date. Three guys showed up for work and completed work efficiently. The work done very neatly and as promised. We are pleased with their quality of work and service provided by Gitano Roofing
