This has been a very bad experience with this particular store in London, ON We ordered 6 appliances in April 2021 with full payment at the time of order. I never got a call from them that the appliances are back ordered (not even at the time of order was I told). I had to make at least 20-30 calls to get my appliances, that too 1 at a time but till date (10 months) we haven't received the remaining 2 appliances. Every time they extended the date of receiving the appliances in there warehouse. It has been really stressful dealing with this store's employees. Last time when I called I spoke to the new operations manager, she was very rude and did not try to help at all. They have the worst service. I never had such bad experience in my life.
