Bought 3 rugs. One was so covered in mood it gave my husband an asthma attack. He is a doctor. We didn’t even open up the package. Sent it back and was deducted 200 dollars??? Next rug was a pink not red and had a rip in it. Again I’m not being refunded the entire amount. They are deducting 300. I have been inconvenienced and have needed to drag a heavy rug around despite having a damaged spine. No help, no communication. Do not buy a rug from these people. Wayfair and RH have way better service.
