Had some issues regarding our solar blanket for our pool, took a little while to resolve, but the end resolution was better than expected and a great boost for customer satisfaction from the Oshawa branch.

- Train their front line workers on proper etiquette to deal with customers. A different approach may have resolved this situation, not treating the customer as a criminal.
