Technician first assessed inside evidence for leaks, informed me what problem was, caulked around chimney, inspected and caulked flashings where needed and gave an overall report of roof condition. Very straightforward, easy to deal with.. Job apparently well-done. But it hasn't rained so I can't give final report.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I needed to have some work done on my roof so I called some companies to come over and check exactly what needed to be done. Deigo came over to go over the details with me he offered us a solar vent with the package. He was honest, straightforward..didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. Price was reasonable relative to other companies. The workers were hardworking and in good spirits throughout the day. Did a great job. Cleaned up perfectly...returned fix a few leaks in eaves troughs. Great company.
