Rafi came by and did an amazing job. He talked me through everything he was doing and the reasons why it was important. After it was all said and done, I feel 100% confident that my furnace will be in good shape for winter and my AC in summer. He is definitely a trustworthy person and costs are very reasonable.

My dryer would show that it was drying on the digital screen, however the drum would not spin. Had no idea what broke so I decided to look for a repair person on homestars. After a quick search JSN Appliances Repair came up as one of the best rated dryer companies. I called but did not get an answer. No sooner did I hang up did Sam call me back to say he saw a missed call. He came to my East York home the next day, scrapped the entire thing completely trying to find the problem. It was after he reassembled the entire thing did he realize the board was broken. He ordered the part and one week later I was back up and running. Pros: Sam is very knowledgeable and punctual, he gives reliable service. Cons: The price could have been a bit lower, but overall I got good service and the dryer is going strong, so not a problem

A friend of mine recommended Clarke's to me so I decided to look them up on HomeStars. After reading some of the reviews, I gave them a call to come in and assess my home. Everyone from the sales rep to the installers were very professional that I had no problem having them in my home while I was at work. They finished the job in a timely manner and took the time to walk me through the entire system step by step. I think there was only on thing that was missed when the job was completed and after one quick call and 10 minutes from an installer, it was resolved! I highly recommend Clarke Basement Systems! PS: They also walked me through the steps to get a $1,333 sump pump rebate from the city which was a BIG PLUS!

I purchased a house recently and wanted to have the furnace inspected before winter. Rafi from AFG came out, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail. At the end of the inspection I felt very comfortable to the point where I called them back to install a gas line for our new stove which he installed in such a way that it could be moved once the kitchen is renovated in spring at little cost! The prices are very reasonable and I do plan to use them in the very near future again!
