I've worked with Gabriel, Bart, and other members of their team to protect my business. We did our first install a year ago and we're now onto a second one at our new location. Gabriel is easy to design with and provides lots of information so you can make informed choices. The install team is efficient and professional and also easy to communicate with. They have made it easy for us to grow our security over time because we are able to own our equipment, are not tied into any contracts, and are assured of professional monitoring suiting our specific needs. I reached out to Patchboyz to quote a job at my office - to remove decals and lettering from the last tenant. I was deeply impressed by their responsiveness, their communication leading up to being given the job (which involved video greetings from their owners), and finally with their staff on site. The quality of the workmanship was very high. I can’t identify where the patches are now. their staff were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after the job such that it was like they were never there. 10/10. Respect the effort. Would hire them again.
