$80 to secure an appointment, and nothing, absolutely nothing, is included with that cost. The 'technician', and I use that term loosely, said he could open the machine up and continue for $300. Problem could be fixed if 2 parts were ordered for an additional cost of $500. And these 2 parts didn't solve the problem, they actually made the problem worse. The washing machine could be forced into a spin cycle before, but this option was no longer available after this person tinkered with the machine. We were told that another part might fix the issue for $500 more, but a fix could not be guaranteed. Key word here is MIGHT. Luckily we stopped the MADNESS here.

Bought online. The whole purchase process took less than ten minutes. Delivery was smooth. The only issue that I had is that they didn’t call to give a delivery time.
