Repairs to my 25 year old windows and sliding doors
Gem installed 20 windows and 3 sliding doors for me in 1999 and 24 years later, the doors needed some adjustment and 2 windows needed minor repairs. I sent photos, Jim provided a quote, service scheduled for 3 days later and the service team arrived on time. The fellows were professional, personable, neat, tidy and quick. They also saved me money by not replacing parts that the photos showed as possibly required. So, super quality, long lasting product and GREAT customer service. 10/10
