Daniel is one of the best contractors I have worked with. His crew were friendly and professional. They worked very hard and always kept the jobsite clean. I feel it is important to hire someone being considerate, and working hard to maintain a clean jobsite, just to maintain a great neighbourhood. They also worked very fast, started in this 2014 winter with ice storms, extremely cold weather, and had the job completed in just a few weeks! Thanks Daniel and team! On the very first visit, I was amazed by Otto's estimate - he gave the exact distance estimate between my house and my south neighbour, without any measurment. So accurate was the quote of the underpinning project, the timeline and the actual cost! Dan has done a great job to manage this project. Of course, without Josh and the crew's hardwork, my dream would not have come true. Now my living space has been doubled with a full basement! My neighbour told me she was also very impressed with the crew's politeness and respect to maintain the site cleanness!
