11/10 Creating a legal second suite and was lucky enough to find Daniel, not only did he get the job done but he did it in a timely matter, to code, clean, polite and at a reasonable price. Daniel not only did a wonderful job he was full of information that has helped me so very much with this project! 10/10 would recommend and I already have another project lined up with him..
UPDATE-> Just had another job done by Danial, window replacement, framing, ran into an issue behind the old window(rot/mold)but not an issue for Daniel, fixed/replaced everything with ease. Another amazing job by Integrity Corp, quick, great quality and if you can imagine shows up on time!! Looking forward to working with again!

We’ve used Daniel and his crew several times and have always been pleased with the result. The finished product is always excellent.

We were doing a reno in the basement bathroom and when we removed a wall covering (plaster & lathe) we found that several weight bearing support posts were completely water damaged. We brought in an engineer to get his opinion and then we hunted around for days to find someone who could come to do this relatively small (but to us critically important) job. Nobody was free or willing to do it. Daniel understand our urgent needs and agreed to come himself to rebuild our support wall. He was a delight to deal with. He was a man of his word on every matter and did the job when he said he would. He cleared away all of the garbage and left a very clean job site when he was done. Plus he followed up later with some suggestions about how we could properly strap the basement wall within the bathroom. Daniel took a great weight off our shoulders and we're very grateful to him.

I requested a quote from Daniel after our first contractor was unable to perform the work. Daniel responded immediately and I could tell from our first conversation that his company was going to be light years ahead of the original contractor. Daniel is very personable and will take the time to explain the details.

I received a very detailed and itemized list of tasks. We had the Engineer drawings & Building Permit in hand so in no time Daniel started the Prep work. As can be expected, when drywall is removed you discover new problems. The engineer had made assumptions that would not work with the existing plan. In no time, Daniel modified the engineer drawings which were than submitted and immediately approved by the city inspector and engineer, work continued with minimal delay!

This project also called for the removal of a non-load bearing wall and drywall finishing of the ceiling & walls where the beam was replaced. Additionally, we had drywall replaced in two adjacent rooms where ceiling stucco had existed. During this process there were aspects outside of the scope (e.g. framing, additional drywall finishing) that Daniel handled without hesitation. Also, because of Daniel’s vast knowledge, as I was working on a totally unrelated project, he made a structural suggestion that saved many hours of work and $$$.

We are so happy with the results and can’t wait to furnish our new Open Concept Kitchen/dining/den area. Daniel and his crew are meticulous & highly skilled professionals that exude confidence. Without hesitation, I would recommend Integrity Contracting for your next project.

We had a rough start to our home renovation, and were so happy to have found Daniel at Integrity. We were initially impressed with his knowledge and structural suggestions and his workmanship did not disappoint! Daniel and his team were top notch in everything they did (our reno included a complete gut of the existing home, taking down the back wall, building a 3 floor addition, and completely framing the entire home and new roof). I hired Integrity Contracting to put on a third floor addition on my house and was very pleased with the results. We had a little issue with them having to step on the neighbour's roof to do part of the work but Danial and his crew were very polite and accommodating and in the end all parties were happy. I found him to be very good in communicating to me some options on a couple of areas where the drawings were unclear and the results were better than expected.

We were confident that Integrity Contracting Corp. will do a good job, hence, we decided to hire them to do our addition among three other contractors. The project was to build the rough building structure that includes, excavation, footings, foundation, concrete slab, below grade Insulation, mechanical roughening(HVAC, plumbing), framing, engineer roof trusses, among others.

Our first meeting with Dan was very impressive. He not only addressed all our questions to our satisfaction but we also feel comfortable dealing with him. The price quotation was fair and straight forward. The project started well but unfortunately was stalled due to unforeseen circumstances which was not their fault (The spot where the excavation and footing, an in-ground swimming pool covered with dirt was discovered). As a result, the footing was re-designed by a Structural Engineer. Dan who oversee and get involved with the project was so helpful in resolving the issue. Though it entails an additional costs, we were so relieved that he understood our situation and was considerate in his price adjustment. That really was a big help to us. Not only that, he went out of his way to do some other jobs that were not included in our contract, just to help us out.

True to his word, Dan has proved his worth. He is indeed highly skilled and most importantly, he does not cut corners. He is very orderly and clean up all the mess at the end of the day. To sum it up he has a strong work ethics. We are so grateful to him and very pleased with the outcome of our project. We will surely hire Integrity Contracting Corp. again and will not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends. Daniel Vaquiero and his team at Integrity Contracting were a pleasure to deal with. They always started by 7:45 AM and often finished by 7:00 pm. They were very hard working. More importantly, they completed our garage in three and a half weeks which is exactly how long Daniel said it would take to complete this project. His crew were professional, polite, clean and very hard working. I can honestly say that this is the first time that I have used a contractor where I have no complaints! I would definitely recommend Integrity Contracting for your project.
