I purchased the cleaning through Groupon. My first 2 hour cleaning I paid extra to get the whole house cleaned and was not very impressed. So I tried to book just a 2 hour cleaning and could not get an evening or weekend appointment. So I booked a daytime appointment 2 months in advance. The day of the appointment I took the morning off work only to find out the cleaner called in sick after i waited for an hour for them to show up. If I did not call I would not have known. I am now fighting to get my money back but they refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails.
Do not book them,
FYI - I complained to groupon and they refuned my purchase to a groupon credit. Thank you groupon
