I have always admired my neighbours Gemstone lights and decided to take the plunge and get them for my house. I researched three different companies that install Gemstone lights and received quotes from each company. Vibe Illuminations was super responsive with my quote request and offered very competitive pricing. Plus, their warranty was the best out of the three companies I contacted. I decided to go with Vibe Illuminations not only because of their warranty and pricing, but they have a lot of positive reviews (even spoke to a couple people who recently worked with Vibe). I have to say that Vibe Illuminations went above and beyond my expectations. From the first moment of contact to some follow up after the installation, the entire team was responsive, super friendly, accommodating, explained everything in detail and truly demonstrated how much they value their customers. Sid installed my Gemstone lights and he is a machine and does clean work! It was soooooooo cold outside during the installation, but he never complained once and pushed through making sure I was happy with the results. To top it off, they gave me a cute gift box when the installation was completed that had some chocolate, champagne and two glasses. Now if that doesnt scream customer appreciation then I dont know what does. I am mesmerized by my Gemstone lights and have been having so much fun playing around with the different light patterns. It's been a month since we had the installation done - I wanted to wait so I could review everything. Chris came first to measure and do a quote. He worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we want. Shannon booked the date, and communicated easily with us. On installation day, the crew showed up exactly on time. They were friendly, and showed me the size of the box. We discussed where it was going to be placed to minimize visual impact. And that was it! They did everything while I was at work, and I came home to beautiful lights and no mess.
The app is great, and I've had a ton of fun trying all the patterns and colors. I've settled down now because we're between holidays, but I have programmed several patterns that I use as soffit lights, or just extra light over the doors. I love that I can change intensity as well as colour! I can't wait for Christmas :)

I was tired of installing and taking down my Christmas lights. Also having them only half work. Did a little research and read about a string light that went under the eaves and stuck on with tape. Seemed like a good idea but I was not impressed with the install process. Then I came across Vibe illuminations and read the reviews and the install process. All as I can say is SOLD. What a great idea to install these lights. They just did the install today and it went very smoothly. Looks like it has been on the house forever. Fits right in and no unsightly wires.

These guys installed on the coldest day of the year. Super efficient. Super clean. Super nice!!! Love my lights although I am still learning how to use them. There are so many options its hard to pick!! Some nights, I change the lights every hour. Best purchase ever and will be installing all around the house !! Highly recommend, you wont be sorry.
