David came to my home and I ordered a and paid the deposit on June 20th for a front door. The end of July I called him to cancel because I took a door from another company. He said I could not because the 10 days to cancel passed and the door was already ordered and the finance company would spoil my credit if I didn't honor my agreement. So cancel the other door. Around August 4th he called me that the manufacturer couldn't make the door the way I ordered it so they wanted me to change the design. I said no they need to honor their agreement. He send me a text that they cancel the order and refund my money. People DO NOT deal with these people. I repeat DO NOT DEAL with this company.

Hi Michelle, I understand that you are upset with the fact that we had to cancel your order and refund your deposit. We are too.
Your request to cancel came 5 weeks after the initial order and your product was already in production. As it turns out, one of the options you requested is no longer available and we were able to cancel your order on that basis. As you stated, you were unwilling to compromise on your design. We thought it was the right thing to do to honour your original request, cancel your order and provide a full refund. In any event if you would like to proceed, we would be more than happy to reinstate your order. Please contact David directly. Hopefully we can add you to our list of thousands of satisfied customers and you will refer us to your friends and family.
