Only wanted to replace the patio door due to an unexpected glass shatter. Called a few companies and not too many vendors wanted to drop by for one window. Tony from Torwin was one of 3 that responded to my request for a quote. Tony was on site next day explaining my only option. Tony had a very calm and pleasant personality and did not push on anything that I was not interested in. He started with the basics and his only interest was making sure I was happy with the product. The conversation later led to other main floor windows & doors that had met its life span (35 years) and now needed to be replaced. At the end of our conversation we signed a contract to change two other windows, front door and a porch enclosure. Tony also worked with the supplier to expedite the patio door install due to its condition which was installed first as promised. Once the items were ready Nick from the scheduled team kept me informed on the install day. Due to unexpected weather (rain) the install days had to re-booked. Nick kept me informed and made sure the new day that was given worked with my schedule. On the install days Dennis and his team was on site first thing in the morning. Dennis is best at his craft and pays attention to every detail. Dennis interacts with the customer to make sure the customer is happy with the end result. Overall the end result……what an amazing transformation!! I have nothing but the greatest regards to the Torwin team in bring this project together. Companies should follow this same business model of customer service. It’s rate to see this level of service in this or any industry. I highly recommend Torwin and will work with them next year to replace my 2nd floor windows.

Was looking at doing some long over due outside home repair and maintenance. Maintenance that requires time and someone that knows how to get things done professionally. Judith reaches out to me.....she was amazing. We discussed the work which was completed within 3 weeks. John was on site the day promised and finished within the committed time line. The work was completed professionally........extremely happy and will recommend to friends and family. Pricing was fair and came a bit under budget. Reached out to Preferred Plumbing about moving my water meter for easy access and a received a immediate response. Raphie explained my initial options and pricing over the phone. He arrived the next day on time as promised and explained the work involved. The price was a bit higher than I expected but I went ahead with the work. I'm happy to say the work was completed professionally to beyond my expectations. They did not leave until I was fully satisfied with the work. Once completed they made sure i was again completely satisfied and at that point they made sure the area was fully cleaned of any debris.

His knowledge, experience and service separates him from the competition. His installers are on time, clean, efficient and their attention to detail is outstanding. Arnoldo at Java electrical was knowledegble and dedicated to his profession. Came into a situation that required more work than required and left doing more than expected. Spent the time to make sure the customer fully satisfied.

First roof job done in Markham 2000....service done with no issues. In 2005 completed the roofing of my sons home in Mississauga - a very good job. Called back in 2012 to complete the same Markham home in 2012. Exceptional service, any extra work was complete with no extra charge. Did not hurry work and cleaned up work area when finished.
