One of the few contractors that did the work as promised to our complete satisfaction. We have had a great renovation experience with NewRidge Finishing Group. Scott contacted us promptly after our inquiry and a quote was provided within a couple of days. Matt did a wonderful job in refinishing the old hardwood floors in a 70 year old house that had a few water damage issues with the flooring. He explained the process in great detail prior to beginning the work and did not rush through this job. He was prompt, courteous and responded immediately to our questions. This was truly a professional job from beginning to end. Refreshing after dealing with other contractors who continue to ignore requests to follow up on their services which were not done satisfactorily and remain unfinished.
