I purchased my two chandelliers for the kids online and then recieved the product. One chandellier did not work and so i called customer service online and they were not helpful at all. telling me , after incurring ther cost to ahve eveything shipped would ahve to pay to ship bakc the lamp that did not fit. Total bullshit as before i purchsed the items was told by bayview village that i could return any items with no ship costs. Finally i spoke with bayview village maager shannon who is awesome and she said i could bring the item to her and she would take care of it. I am much happier now.
