Colin was the only estimator that came to my house and did a walk through. The time commitment he estimated me was spot on. The estimate was more hours than 3 other companies I called but I would have eneded up paying the same if not more with others given the hourly rate competitors charge and the distance of my move (2 hour drive). Love the flat rate model. Less stress for me personally. Brandon and his team of movers arrived at the exact time they were scheduled. They were professional, polite, efficient, hard working and considerate. I was very impressed and very happy. Would highly reccommend !!

I called to book a repair consult for my AC unit. Initially I was impressed as Reliance said they could send someone the same day. Nobody showed up and nobody called. I called in the next day and the booking agent apologized, said there was no notes in the system as to why a tech did not show and they rebooked again. Again a no show with no call!! I called in again and was told the repair person tried to find parking but couldn't so they left. I live on a residential side street and there is a fire hydrant directly infront of my house and I have a parking pad that was empty. The agent tried to rebook me for 3 days later and I declined. For a company this size I would expect a much better system and set of processes in place for communicating with customers.
