Bought a fridge. No fridge in stock. Food goes bad. No refund I am told. File a complaint with the BBB, Yelp and others and Bad Boy gets in touch. They ask if I want a discount. No thank you. I want a refund. They say yes in 5 business days. It has been 7 with no reason given. The BBB gives Bad Boy an F. On Facebook their page is full of complaints from people waiting for months. Yesterday. I was informed the fridge was on a truck. Why would it be on a truck when I am getting a refund? Think twice and if you decide to still buy from this company, think again.
