Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We hired Gitano Roofing in the early spring 2013 for a new roof and we are very happy with the job they provided. The estimate was a complete detailed package that explained everything to make it easy for us to understand. We would highly recommend Gitano roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. Great Work !

Alan and his team opened our eyes to existing issues with homes my wife and I have been extremely interested in. They are extremely knowledgeable and were very thorough throughout the inspection, and we learned a ton along the way. They also provided suggestions on all issues found, and provided rough estimates of what it might cost to address. Alan has always been quick to answer any questions that we had after the inspection via email and phone . We've had 2 home inspections with AllMax already for homes we've been very interested in during our search; we won't hesitate to use AllMax again. Great value for solid inspections.
