From James, the technician, Majid in sales and the install team, I had a tremendously satisfying experience with the installation of my new furnace and A/C units. They were all punctual, knowledgeable, informative and cooperative. It's rare to receive such amazing service these days, especially from three separate departments so I'm grateful and would highly recommend Reliance. Cheers!!

Today, I had a new shower set installed by Adrian from Gold Medal Plumbing. The entire experience and process was exceptional and I’m absolutely delighted. Within one hour of calling Gold Medal and explaining my needs, Adrian was at my home. We reviewed all the work and adjustments required in great detail. Adrian was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, flexible, customer oriented and trustworthy. Without any hesitation, I will ask for Adrian’s services for my next plumbing project.
