Our experience with Level Up was exceptional. We had a partially finished basement that we were hoping to transform into a welcoming space one that would accommodate a separate home office, 3 piece washroom, laundry room, and family room. We were tentative about spending such a huge sum of money, and we were skeptical that our horror movie basement could actually be transformed into a place that our kids would want to spend time in CUE: Michael, the owner of Level Up. A literal miracle worker!! We had met with 7 other contractors, and we ultimately chose to go with Level Up based on their reviews and our initial meeting with Michael. We loved his forthrightness, candor, ninja-like project management skills (he showed us his daily and weekly schedule it was a sight to behold), and the palpable pride he took in delivering excellence to his clients. I am telling you: They did NOT disappoint. The entire process ran seamlessly and efficiently the project stayed on track and on budget, with military-like precision. There were a few hiccups along the way (thats inevitable), but most importantly: they were always handled with speedy responsiveness and a solutions-oriented attitude. I would have zero hesitation in recommending Level Up to anyone. In a sea of contractors, they really are in a league of their own.
