Richard/Janice and Team are amazing. I upgraded my AC/Furnace/Tankless 3 years ago, and Richard and crew came to do annual maintenance for the system. Replaced all filters, UV light and hosed down the AC and checked levels. They were done very quickly and were very courteous and friendly. On a side note, I had a problem with the furnace/tankless condensation pipes getting blocked. Richard and team came and attempted to fix the problem twice. On the 3rd attempt this past winter, they replaced all the piping and ran it to the drain, bypassing the pipe out of the floor. This allowed us to discover that the lint from the dryer was the culprit. Also, that the redirect would permanently fix our issue. These 3 attempts were covered as part of our yearly maintenance and warranty. So no additional cost. Thanks again Richard and Janice. Your level of expertise and top quality work, lets me and my family sleep well at night. God bless you!

Purchased a Rinnai Tankless Hot Water system from Coretemp and was installed about 9 months ago. Had a problem with the system shutting down after about 10 minutes of use. Had code 25 come up on the unit, so email Richard about the problem. This was on New Years Eve, so wasn't expecting a call till the 2nd. But within about 2 hrs I got a call from Richard to say someone would be by that day to service the unit. Amazing! The service technician was very professional and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Found out there was some blockage in the condensation tubing. Cleaned it all up and we are back in business. Thanks so much Richard, Janice and Team. 10/10.

Wow, were do I begin. Everything they did, whether it was getting us a competitive quote the next day, helping with rebates, answering all my questions, installing everything fast and fixing any minor problems, they did it ALL. I would definitely recommend Rich and gang for anything you need whether it is a repair or replacement/upgrade. Richard is one amazing individual too. He accidentally injured his eye while doing something, but did he stop, nope. Turned out to be serious too, glad I told him to get out and go to the doctors. But he was back the next day. Let's be honest, with most contractors, you probably wouldn't ever see them again. But Rich is not like most others out there. He and his team have a real pride in their work and he and his team really care most about customer satisfaction, even after the checks are cashed. Trust me, go with Coretemp, you will not be disappointed.

What more can I say regarding the talents of this man. He can build and do and fix anything for you. He stays within your budget and will do everything within the time allotted. See the pictures of the miracle work he performed, building me a Home Theater from scratch. Thanks so much again!

We had City Roofing do the shingling on the side of our flat roof house. Worst mistake ever! The roof looks terrible, always falling apart, they have the worst service and their guarantee is worthless. They came 3 weeks after the agreed upon start date, which should have been our first indicator that they couldn't be trusted. They finished the job after the sun had set so we couldn't really look at the finished product, and demanded payment right away. They even threatened to call the police for non-payment when we said we wanted to review the job before paying. We paid them, which was a huge mistake. The next day when we looked over the job, the shingles were curling, and when we complained, they said to give it a few months for the shingles to "uncurl". A few months later, the shingles were still curled and several had started falling off. It took us several months of calls to get them to come back and re-nail up the fallen shingles, it still looks terrible. A few years later now, and the fascia is falling off and more shingles, we've been calling them for weeks to come fix it since they "guarantee" their labour for 10 years. Left so many messages with no callbacks. When I actually spoke to someone, they said they would send a repair person the day after tomorrow. No one came and no phone call. After a recent storm, when one piece landed in our pear tree in the back yard several meters away from the house, the neighbours have started to complain that the huge metal pieces that are falling are going to hit and damage their cars. We had no choice but to get a family friend to come re-install the fascia and shingles.
