We had a great experience working with john from jcj mechanical and appreciative his speedy, knowledgable, and professional service. Our A/C stopped working , I found found him homestars, and within 20 minutes he called me back and made an appointment same daay He wasn't able to be here exactly when he said he would and called to say he was on his way . So appreciate the clear communication! When he arrived, he took a look, and quickly identified the problem, had the part in his truck, and within a few minutes switched it out and had our system working again. He made sure that all was working correctly before leaving. I couldn't ask for better service. Good communication, knew what he was doing, and of course I'm delighted that the repair was a simple Would use him again.
