In early March we had ice dams and one day I awoke to a mini flood in my kitchen. I left a message for Mr Roof Repair and my call was returned promptly. They had a crew out here the next day. The guys were quick to remove the ice and assess the problem. A temporary repair was offered until the weather allowed for a more permanent solution to be put in place. All my questions were answered and a report was supplied with detailed photos, as promised. The permanent repair would be a sectional repair. Removal of the shingles and replaced with laminated shingles. At present we had no protection, just wood and two layers of shingles. They offered new roof deck boards, 3 layers of underlayment/protection, drip edge, vents and the shingles. As that job was underway they could see what would be needed for my attic from a view from the roof. At the time it was a big extra but we didn't mind, given the age of the home. The work crew were very patient as we made some decisions on the spot. I was always on the phone with Joe who answered questions. Not once did I feel pressure from Joe and the workers. They were honest and transparent. Given the level of professionalism upon our first meeting of the ice dam removal my husband and I are confident to have Mr. Roof Repair come back to address our attic and do the rest of our roof, soffit and gutters. Thank you to everyone involved and we are most impressed.

Honestly it was a pleasure to do business with Glenn for a our first firewood delivery at our new home. Fast and prompt replies to my email inquiries and with firewood delivery. Our fireplace had been unused for some time, but had been used by the previous owners. We decided to have the fireplace and chimney cleaned and inspected before we tried to use it. After the cleaning the chimney, Chris informed us we could use it safely but advised that the chimney stack could do with some repairs. There was no pressure from him at all to do the repairs. These ended up being bigger than anticipated, but we were impressed by the work, especially once we had seen the before and after photos. We were given helpful tips for the care, maintenance and use of the fireplace, which we appreciated as a first time fireplace users. Chris was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and professional during his two visits and was honest with what was needed, including costs. We have purchased 2 ductless A/C units for our home. 1st one installed on the main floor July 2012. 2nd one installed May 2013. Excellent service both times. This includes the in home visit by Bruce Philps for the estimate and the installation process by their 2 man crew. We found it affordable and units are super quiet. No problems with either unit and it works as advertised, we are in cool air bliss. We are already using less electricity than last year, as we had fans set up everywhere and window A/C unit that was loud. Best to have the units working in our split level home. Installation was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I told my friends and neighbours and won't hesitate to recommend Beylea Brothers. Ductless A/C installation My husband called Beylea Bros. on a Wed in the first week of July. By the Friday of the same week, Bruce came by to inspect and take photos.The following Friday the installers were here. They were prompt and got to work right away for a main floor install. The installers had to work in hot weather but got the job done. They even installed the outdoor condenser under our deck. Another considerate thing they did was to run the hose that water runs out of, away from our neighbour's side and run it along our house. When we run the a/c (Mitsubishi 15,000 BTU unit) it cools the main lvl (livingroom,diningroom, kitchen and our back extension). Both the indoor unit and the and the outdoor unit run quietly. We are impressed with the unit and service, that we will do another install for the 2nd floor with Beylea Bros. All staff that we interacted with were all courteous, helpful and showed up for their appts on time. All around 5 star service. Thanks again Beylea Bros. Lisa & Tony, East York.
