Our installers were very professional and courteous and did a great job installing our new air conditioner. Everything was neatly done both outside and in our basement and everything was cleaned up much to our satisfaction.

In the Spring of this year, we had our eavestroughs replaced on our house by True North Eavestroughing and we're completely satisfied with their workmanship and the quality of the eavestroughs. At that time they brought it to our attention that the shingles on our roof were not in good shape. Although this is not their line of business, it is something for us to think about in the near future. However, the shingles deteriorated over the summer and we were experiencing leakage between the fascia and the eavestroughs. We called True North and John Whyte and his co-workers came out promptly to install drip flashing to the area that was causing us problems. The last row of our shingles were buckling under preventing the rainwater from going into the eavestroughs and the drip flashing would help to prevent this happening. Yes, we unfortunately need a new roof sooner than we expected, but thanks to True North, their knowledge of our problem and great workmanship will prolong the inevitable a little longer. We've been 100% satisfied with True North Eavestroughing from start to finish and would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thanks guys!

We had a new front door and sidelight installed by Superior Home Improvements a year ago and although we have already submitted a review last year, we would like to comment on how well Superior stands behind their products. We had a slight adjustment problem with our door and phoned Superior to have them come out to look at it. Art came down the same day and made the adjustments promptly. We were very pleased with their quick response to our little problem and would highly recommend Superior Home Improvements to anyone.

We found True North Eavestroughing through HomeStars and soon discovered we had hired an excellent company to replace our existing eavestroughs and downspouts. John Whyte was very knowledgeable and courteous and his crew were punctual and very professional. In 2009 we had most of our windows replaced by Superior Home Improvements and we're so very pleased with their workmanship we decided to have them back to replace our front door and sidelite this year. it was a such a pleasurable experience dealing with Superior from beginning to end. Karl, Superior's Sales Representative was so very knowlegeable and helpful and guided us through the many decisions we had to make. Jeff and Art, the owners, were so very patient answering our many questions whenever we visited the showroom and again when Art came to the house for a final measurement. We can't say enough about Jay and Dan, the installers, as they were so very efficient and did such a wonderful job installing our new door and sidelite. It was such a pleasure having them working in our home. When they had completed the job our home was left spotless and we had a beautiful new front entrance. We will definately have Superior replace our living room window in the future as we couldn't ask for a more pleasant and professional company to deal with. Thanks to everyone!
