Sandro used his background in Land Management to assess and solve all the drainage issues on the property as he releveled the driveway and walkways, creating a rain drain underneath. He used old driveway material to create an entire French rain drain property with permeability. All drain water has been safely redirected away from the house and the new driveway and walkway are beautiful and spacious. Sandro's work? Neat and tidy, safe and sound!!

My character home on Main Street was in sad shape when I bought it two years ago. One of my projects was to install security doors. I had Metalex do the job last summer. I immediately felt safer in my home and the doors helped to give the home the beginning of a new look. The installation went well considering we had to do a little retrofitting to accommodate the doors. I'm very happy with the performance of the doors and have not had any trouble at all. Great product and nice local company.

On short notice, I needed to have the shared flat garage roof redone on my home in the Beach area. There had been only one small leak so the crew replaced wood only where needed. I liked that because we were able to preserve the original planks. The roofers were helpful and polite, especially having to deal with two owners. The owner of the other section of the garage roof was pleased with the job as well as the price, since she had received other quotes. When Tim came to do the initial inspection on the garage roof, I asked him to check the roof on the house. Good time to have a roof inspection done!
