We hired 310RENO to finish the work after a poor experience with our original contractor. Mike and his team were prompt and responsive throughout the process, from the quotation phase to project closeout. We liked the fact that there was a dedicated resource assigned to the project (thumbs up for Igor), which meant that work was occuring every day with visible progress. We would gladly hire 310RENO again for our future projects.

Duca Home Improvement is a dishonest company that swindled our family out of tens of thousands of dollars. Work started on time but slowly came to a halt. Most of the completed work was done poorly and unprofessionally, such as: - No moisture proofing for the new shower - Bulges in the drywall due to crooked plumbing - Was planning to cover the gap at the wall/ceiling joint with crown molding, which would not meet fire code requirements for fire rating David, the mastermind behind this shambolic operation, stopped answering our calls, texts and emails halfway through the project. He would occasionally offer a glimmer of hope by answering and promising to show up the next day, and would then promptly go radio silent again for another few weeks. David was also dishonest about the status of our materials, such as the kitchen cabinetry. We paid David to buy the cabinets but the cabinets never arrived. When we called the store to confirm the order status, they stated that they never received an order from David. When we confronted David about this, he claimed that he actually placed the order at another store, but failed to share details despite our numerous requests. To this day, we still don't have the cabinets that we paid for. David promised the work would be completed by a certain date, assuring us that we can start ordering furniture for the space. The furniture arrived, but the space was nowhere near ready. We had to store the new furniture among piles of tools, materials and dust. Eventually we got fed up with David's dishonesty and hired a new contractor. Needless to say, we would never recommend this company to anyone.

An odor was left behind by our tenants, so we reached out to the Restorators. Mark responded promptly to investigate and propose a solution. We needed the problem addressed promptly because we had new tenants lined up. Mark was able to deliver on time and most importantly, remove the odor successfully.
