DO NOT HIRE! as completely ignorant to the process, we were hoodwinked! Ashley took full advantage by seemingly avoiding to educate a customer; rather having me panic with having current upgrades halted - all for nothing! We had to send numerous emails and phone calls to understand the discrepancies between enbridge guidelines ( which they repeatedly quoted) and their practices. Namely a pre-inspection report that was to outline all energy deficiencies. We were told we no not get one.....however did receive one after we expressed our dismay and exclaimed we would hold payment as work has not been completed accordingly. The next day we recieved our incompleted pre-inspection report. No official info on what rebates we wer entitled to so your guess is better than theirs. They only will provide verbal guessamates on what they think you need rather than all upgrades that could be benificial/recommended. You have to fight with them to get the information you need to make proper choices. No customer service what so ever! Lesson learned....certainly do not rely on TheHomeInspectors to provide any sort of customer service. They were hostile, offensive and treated us as if were insignificant ....they got their money....that was their only objective!
