I contracted Ontario Paving to redo my 30 year old driveway and they did an excellent job! From initial contact with Luca to the crew on paving day - it was well done! I had contacted another contractor who quoted significantly more money and would hardly return my emails/calls. Customer experience with Ontario Paving is excellent - great team - highly recommend!

I've used Total Tech in the past (2009) for opening and closing - which was OK - most companies can open/close pools without much difficulty. They performed some repairs on the pool that caused other issues - after trying to resolve with their so-called expert I found someone else to complete the work. I also had my visa card billed before advising me it was going to happen which I thought was unprofessional. Purchased some replacement jets for my spa and discovered later that they marked them up 300% as I found the same ones at another pool store. Left vmail for the owner and requested to talk to the owner who never called me or even emailed. Areas of Improvement: project mgmt + customer communication + onsite customer service and project oversight.
