After interviewing a few contractors we decided to go with Sureloc for our backyard patio interlocking. One of the reasons we chose them is because of the salesperson, Paul. Of the different salespeople that we met, Paul was the only one that did a proper diagram of our backyard with a clear layout of the plan. This gave us confidence that we were dealing with a good contractor. He was also flexible with our requests and the price was very fair. As for the work, Sureloc deals with two crews. The first crew is the excavation/digging team. They were in and out in 3 hours. Fast and efficient. I believe the owner was there as well. Everyone was professional and we were generally happy. A week later the second crew which are the installers came to finish the job. Hats off to Lou's crew for a great job. Lou was the supervisor and he was friendly, approachable and gave me a straight answer for all my questions. The work was completed in one day (these guys are super efficient) and the quality is excellent. There were a few deficiencies when I took a closer look but Lou came back on his own before I could call him to fix it. He gave me his personal cell # for any warranty issues which I thought was unique. Most contractors are hard to get a hold of after the job is done, it seems like Sureloc has figured out the secret to success....CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm very happy with the work they did. I'm already enjoying BBQ'ing on my new patio. Now just the stress of getting new patio furniture! J. Ahmad
