Nelli, Robert, Daniel and Hamid were excellent from start to finish. My furnace was more than 25 years old and upon pulling it out, they told me what they needed to do every step of the way, which included making new holes to the exterior. The output exhaust is patched very nicely and the machine is working great! Its also nice to have 3 years labour included on the unit. Highly recommend!!!

Borz construction came highly recommended to me by my sister. After working with several other contractors who always seemed to slack or fall short near the end of a project, I can honestly say I am super impressed by their work and mindset from beginning to end. When discussing budget or reno ideas, Arianes attitude is, Anything is possible. You can tailor your projects to gather your own materials or they will source some for you. I decided to source some of my own tiles, grout, etc because I like to see materials for myself. In terms of my house, I live in a typical east end home with many surprises under the surface. Even with these older home challenges, Ariane and his team corrected issues the right way as if they were fixing their own home. I had to deviate from original plans due to uneven foundation surprises, wiring complications and faulty renos from previous owners but this team made sure all issues were communicated and different solutions were offered. I highly recommend Borz and the team of plumbers, electricians and contractors. They are all very knowledgeable and skilled.

Honestly, I cannot recommend Len and Ram enough. From the walkthrough to job completion, there was total transparency, explanation, honest suggestion and excellent craftsmanship. It’s hard to come by great service + job in today’s industry. I found Temperasure by reading every review they had from Facebook, homestars and google and there is a reason they have such a high rating. I will definitely call them for the boiler in the winter! Thanks a million dudes.
