The sales manager is easy to communicate with and answers calls promptly, which is why they got the job. The new asphalt looks good. A curb was put in for a reasonable price. However the last section was dropped and smashed. The workers did a cover up and fitted in the broken section. I have not called Dave the manager yet since removal would break the seal of the asphalt to the curb. Otherwise a good job. code number 252

I found out that Goodman was the best value and Convertible offered this brand. Also better units could be offered than a major company could supply. The installation was speedy for a finished basement and no damage was done having to put the pipe out a back wall. The guys were friendly and left the basement clean.
