A year ago we purchased a hot tub through Pioneer Pools and got the electrical work completed by Calibre. We had a fantastic experience (though I did not leave a review at the time) and when we purchased a new home and decided to move the hot tub along with us, our first choice was to call Calibre to complete the electrical work again. A little slow to get an estimate for what we needed, but that was simply due to the volume of work they had at this time of year. They came by our old house to tie-off the electrical a day before the move to ensure the new owners were not left with anything exposed. A couple days later they were at our new house to install the hot tub electrical, as well as install 3 new junction boxes (2 in the basement and 1 for a gas stove) and a whole house surge protector. I spoke with our Pioneer salesman and thought we were going to get the promo price for the hot tub electrical again, but unfortunately we did not see that price come through on the final electrical invoice. Other than the price being slightly higher than we expected on that side, it was an excellent job done.

We were in the process of purchasing a new home and had Brad come out for one of our site visits and gave us a couple of options with the pros and cons of each. We went with black iron on the outside of our home off the meter and Brad drilled into our kitchen and set the gas shutoff in the wall so we could keep our stove as close to the wall as possible. Brad confirmed with us on our placement for the BBQ and re-confimed before final installation to ensure we thought about the shutoff location. On top of what he came for, he even checked our AC, Water Heater and Furnace while on site at no additional charge and gave us some great recommendations for everything. We selected Victorious Carpet based on the reviews we saw here on HomeStars and were NOT disappointed. We had just purchased a new home and wanted our upstairs carpet replaced and wanted to time it out for the day we moved in (so we wouldn't have all of our furniture already in place) -- a little bit hectic with movers and carpet installers and painters all at once, but the team at Victorious Carpet were incredibly flexible! One minor hiccup along the way, there was a bedroom with an air register that hadn't been cut (already had 2 in place) - that we didn't discover until that evening. Victorious was back the next morning to cut it open and we were set! Excellent professionalism and communication throughout the entire process and even better end results! We would definitely recommend Victorious to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future for our carpet needs!
