I just purchased the home and I had no air flow to the top floor, or to half of the main floor. Other contractors said that I'd have to replace the entire system, including the AC unit and furnace. Brad and his team worked through the problem carefully, recommending repairs that would have the most impact with the least amount of wall damage to repair. They did great work: clearing a blocked duct and installing return lines. The crew was courteous and went to great lengths to make everything work. They never tried to upsell or to pressure me into work I didn't need. Next time I need any HVAC service, I'll be calling them first. I strongly recommend Brad.

Diagnosis is accurate, ordered and replaced the broken part. Technician is very experienced and friendly, 10/10 would recommend.

We wanted our old fireplace insert replaced with a vented gas fireplace. What looked like an intimidating job (since wee needed to demo our old fireplace) was super easy. Brad got us in touch with a contractor to rip out the old fireplace, then he promptly came and removed the old and installed the new one in less than half a day. A couple of days worth of work in all and its done.

I would absolutely recommend Brad and I definitely plan on using him on future projects.
