I am a retired plumber. I have always known that they have good experienced service personnel and good competitive rates. I would even pay more for the service call. Any body that asks me who should I get I always refer to Reliance Mackenzie plumbing&heating. Thanks for a well done job and courtesy. Honestly goes a long way in this business.
