Excellent work. Rohan explained everything about the whole process, identified the air filter and even humidifier filter that needed changing. Suggested what needs to be done to maintain clean ducts and vents. Even suggested other products that I can buy from other stores to improve the airflow in one of the vents that wasn't blowing as much air. The process was nice and quick, only took about one and a half hours. Would highly recommend them!

The cleaning done by Grecia and Nadia was great! They were lovely, extremely courteous and caring. Made moving into our house much, much easier. I misunderstood a part about the billing process especially since its covid-19 season right now and the office is not fully staffed to comply with social distancing rules (as it should be) but it was very, very kindly and courteously resolved. I am extremely satisfied with both the cleaning and customer service I have received from new century maids and I am already talking on the phone with them about doing a separate detailed inside+outside window cleaning job so that just goes to show how well the company is operating even in these tough times to make a customer want to come back!
