Over the last few rainfalls in the GTA have been quite intense and the gutter at the rear of our home was overflowing. I wanted to address this right away as if these types of issues are not fixed it can lead to foundation and other issues with water damage. I contacted Solid Eavetrough as they are highly rated across the GTA and requested that they to look into cleaning or repairing my gutter and downspouts. From my first phone call with Yaron he was just simply amazing ! Answered all my questions and concerns on my type of job and he promptly booked me in for an appointment! The day of the appointment could not have been any easier! Yaron showed up and promptly addressed that the gutter had a blockage of a loose single and leaves from one of the recent storms! He also throughly cleaned and checked the entire gutter system of the remaining house. He as well helped to address an issue I was having with garage facia! I had contacted quite a few plumbing companies from the GTA and Caldwell Plumbing from the first call really surprised me. They were the only company to be upfront and transparent with the pricing and estimated on the list of jobs I had to get completed at the house. Tammy and Andrew caldwell himself did a great job answering my question and working with me on getting everything done and breaking down the numbers. My first job was having my laundry room fixed by adding correct shut off valves, adding a new laundry sink, moving the waster plumbing, and addressing a water hammer from the washing machine. Drew showed up for this job and after I gave him the layout for everything he handled it very well. The end product is amazing ! the washer is so much more quiet and does not shake the entire house. Looks like a different laundry room and if there is an emergency we can easy shut off the water now ! Drew did an amazing job getting this all together ! The Second job was the Powered Room on the main floor. I was working on refreshing everything in there and when we pulled off the old toilet the flange was rusted and looked like it had leaked in the past. Another part of the job was to install new shut off values for the vanity and toilet. Dale did this job and again showed him what needed to be done got right to it! Replaced the flange with a new one and knocked out the shut offs ! I also requested that he installed the bathroom vanity sink, faucet and even the toilet as an addition to the job and completed that in no time as well. Everything was completed so neatly I could not ask for more. The Third job was also completed by Dale. Was installing my basement toilet, bathroom faucet and another additional facet. This was the smallest job I had to get completed and once again this was completed quickly and neatly! What more can I saw about the Caldwell team! They did all my projects so efficiently, cleanly and very reasonable pricing! I really appreciate all they did to make everything so smooth from start to finish. Its very hard to find companies that will do work like its their own home and they demonstrated that every time that quality is so important to them ! Will be calling you for some work at my parents home in the new year thanks again !

Turnbull roofing is a great company when it comes to shingles on your home. Very honest and their pricing is very fair. We decided to go with the Owens corning duration singles to replace the aging shingles on our home. These singles have some of the best reviews on the market and are very good in the wind. From the estimate from daryl to the installation everything was handled professionally. great job from a great team! Would recommend them !

All the Windows and patio door were installed by Brock windows Whitby location. Was a great experience from beginning to end. Rick our sales rep really helped us see the options for our home and worked with us to get everything we wanted. Kyle and Craig did the install and took care of all of our questions throughout. We required a replacement screen so Steve and Scott took care the after purchase experience as well! When you purchase windows and the company has a warranty this is the experience you should expect! our families second time purchasing from Brock and won't be the last

Mark and his crew other than they are amazing. Mark came to our house to gave us the quote and detailed all of the work that would be required and what he and his team would be completing. We went forward with the job and his crew installed the fans and ducted them to the roof. We decided to go with the Panasonic bathroom fans to replace the existing ones from the builder. These new fans are super quiet yet very powerful. Mark and his team are great! the job is done perfectly as well as they are priced very fair. Most of all Mark and his team are honest and trustworthy, would not hesitate to work with them again

Hello, We wanted to get a natural gas line with a quick disconnect for our bbq. After looking around we saw some of the quality of work that McCharty gas service has done on other jobs we decided to get a quote. Kevin was amazing through the entire process. From giving me the quote all the way to finishing the job was so helpful and answered all of my questions. He was able to get the job done quickly and we are so happy with the results. Hi all, Skylark tree care is one amazing team ! At our property we wanted to basically cut all of the trees and shrubs to start with a blank canvas. This also included taking down a large Norway maple and ensuring all stumps and roots would be gone as well. Gillian was able scheduled a time for a quote. She was so helpful in giving me information on the company. She was able answer my questions and concerns and kept me informed through the entire process. Also, one of my requirements was insurance and certifications.This is and was critical for for when we are taking on projects at home. Skylark had no trouble providing me all the information and stands by their work ! They are licences arborists and have coverage for their employees! On the day of the quote, Gaelan came by and assesed our property. Went over the amount of work and what my key concerns were. He was super detailed and let me know all the areas where and how they could remove my tress and shrubs. But also another key was that he was able to give me a quote and detailed all the work required in writing. This was wonderful as there would be no confusion on what we agreed on. On the day of the job, Brain came with a crew of 3 other team members. He walked me through the game plan for the day. They were great and went after taking down all the growth! They let me know when they were going to take down the large Norway maple tree in the back and was great to see how they took it down with care! Once everything was cleared by the team they also stumped everywhere there was something removed. The team cleaned up everything and left the property in amazing shape ! Overall, we could not ask for a better team and service ! Skylark tree care will be my only recommendation from my experience. Very professional and importantly everyone was honest and great people! Would highly recommend Mint Duct cleaning ! Rayan is amazing and went above and beyond my expectations! Very professional, provides an amazing service, and is an honest person ! Will be getting this done for my Parents and in laws (Details Below) Details: I contacted Mint duct cleaning to thoroughly go through our HVAC system as fiance and I just bought a home and wanted to ensure everything is in tip top shape prior to moving in. Rayan the owner of Mint came in a preformed an assessment and gave us a detailed breakdown of the process. Also, detailed what he will be doing to achieve a clean system. We decided to go for the Gold package which included the sanitation and the even cleaning of the dryer exhaust. Let me tell you right here, this was amazing ! He took some photos of our ducts before and showed the after thorough out the process. This was great to see as you will be amazed if you had not had a duct cleaning in some time. The sanitizing of the vents really helped as the previous owners had some pets and we could smell smoke Even the cleaning of the dryer exhaust resulted in around a soccer ball size of dryer lint! Serious fire hazard if this was unchecked! Rayan took care of everything and left the house in great shape as well Very professional and very honest as well Overall, like I stated would recommend this company to anyone! Raynan did the job the right way and will be dealing with him again in the future !
