Received this booking through Empower Home Comfort when I purchased a new heat pump, furnace and ac. Cost was included so not sure about cost for duct cleaning. Nasir was patient and helpful with all of my questions. What a relief to have the ducts cleaned properly. Great service!

Outstanding Service New Heat Pump, Furnace, Full System
I am so glad I chose Empower via HomeStars and it's clear to see why they are rated so highly. Himanshu was incredibly kind and patient and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and in a way that made it easy to understand. Empower offered competitive pricing and the full package, arranging for the Eco Home Audit as well as the installation of the heat pump, furnace, air filter, humidifier, attic insulation and more. Farzad and his partner were diligent through the installation process, as there was a lot of work to do upgrading a 21 year old mid efficiency system to a high efficiency heat pump. The area was left clean and neat and they patiently went through all of the upgrades. This is a recent installation but so far I am quite impressed with how quickly everything is coming together. Cost reflects rebates, however it might even be lower when everything comes through. Himanshu started off the process with quality and care that has been exemplified by all staff so far.
Peter & his crew are outstanding! His work is impeccable, and his advice and experience are invaluable. He's patient with questions and work areas are always left neat and tidy. This is my second time having them in to remove dead trees and shape bushes in the front yard. They are efficient and I would highly recommend Peter and his crew!
Luca is outstanding. I found Vacman.ca on Homestars and the service was beyond 10/10. Ultimately Luca repaired my older Dyson (when Dyson couldn't help) and he even took care of my mom's old Sears canister vacuum. Cost was more than fair. Service was fantastic. What really stood out was Luca's communication and care. Absolutely superb. Highest recommendation possible!

Stan and his crew, led by Shane, were absolutely fantastic. I had a roof done with him last summer (amazing) and this spring, Stan brought a crew to do the back deck. They also reset stones and a window well at the same time. Efficient, helpful, professional, kind and more. Only compliments. Stan is true to his word and his work is fantastic.
