Tenants notified me Sat morning that furnace had stopped working -- temp dropped to 50 degrees in the apartment. I called the company that had installed the furnace but there was no follow-up from them so I called DD and response was fast -- service technician was dispatched and he even texted time of arrival updates. He assessed the problem and explained in detail. Parts were ordered and ready to install on Monday morning.
