Within minutes of detailing the problem in my home stars service request, Etgar reached out. He listened and assured me that likely it was going to be an appliance and not a plumbing problem. He was able to stop by the next day and got straight into it. Very knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently found the part that was blocking and preventing the machine from draining. He flushed it and gave me additional helpful information. This was the first time I had the ducts cleaned in an old home we moved into only over a year ago. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable, on time and worked efficiently. It turned out that there was lots of dust, possibly even from a previous renovation in the ducts. The filter in the furnace appeared very dirty which they also changed - having the matching part with them. I'm glad all this is sorted now. They also helped me with a simple tip - there was a smell coming from the basement washroom that hardly gets used. Just adding some water into the shower pipe did the trick. The job was done quickly and no mess was left. A day or two after, my husband who is allergic to dust mentioned that the air quality had become worse. I believe this was due to the fact that some of the dust was released into the air. A few days later, this had completely gone away and he mentioned that the air quality is definitely better than before. I was happy with the service and result and already recommended comfortclean to a friend in the neighbourhood.
