It's unfortunate that I didn't read these reviews and the ones on google before I called the company. I actually think these people have no skills in repair whatsoever, they just take your money, pretend to do something, and leave. They came and 'installed' 2 switches on my microwave, for this I was charged $340. I asked how much a new microwave would be, to which he responded $800-1200. This is my mistake, I should have looked on google first as a brand new replacement unit costs $340. After calling and complaining, they sent someone back 10 days later, who told me it would be another $370 to 'repair' the unit. Obviously, I'm not totally insane to fall for it a second time but now I'm out $340 and I have to pay another $340 for a new microwave. I'm so frustrated and I wish there was more I could do, they really need to be shut down. Please do not hire them.

Recommended by another company from home stars. Came in, they gave me a good price. Smooth Ceilings finished the ceiling and installed the crown. Fast and clean. Would highly recommend.

I called AtlasCare on Friday hoping to get my ducts cleaned the following week. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so lovely and accommodating. She took all my details down and offered me several times for the following week. Stephanie and Denis from AtlasCare arrived promptly in the 2hr window I was given. They were polite, friendly, explained the entire process and did a wonderful job. They were excellent with my pets, respectful of my home and generally wonderful. Once they were finished, they walked me through the whole process again and made sure I understood the work that had been done and was satisfied. I was thrilled with the customer service and the execution of work. I would not hesitate to recommend AtlasCare to all my friends and family and actually look forward to the next time I need my ducts cleaned. Thank you, guys! Keep up the good work!

There was quite a bit of mold under my linoleum floors in the basement. When I called the mold guy, Kay was wonderful on the phone. She was very friendly and helpful. Ross came by to give me an estimate in a timely manner. I was pleased with the price and the crew was able to do the work a week later. They did an amazing job. They were very kind and explained everything to me. The place looks great! Very pleased with the whole experience!

My furnace stopped working suddenly in the middle of winter and Fred responded immediately. He couldn't get to my house until the following day but he spent 20mins on the phone with me to see if we could get it started again. He called several times the next day with exact information on where he was and when he would be able to get to me. He was very knowledgeable and as soon as he arrived he found the problem. It was a plumbing issue but he stayed to explain to me what I needed to do and arranged a temporary fix until the plumber could reroute my hose. I would highly recommend Fred and will definitely use him again in the future.

Barry was a pleasure to work with. Even though my job was a small one, he arrived on time, instantly saw what the problem was, gave me a fair estimate and fixed it without any fuss. He was tidy, polite and professional. I will definitely be using Barry again.

Serge and his team were great! From the quote which Serge gave me right on the spot, all the way to the completion of the project, I couldn't have been happier! I had to work all day and they came and did their thing. I didn't feel like I needed to be there to monitor them. They were kind and courteous and explained everything to me. They went above and beyond the agreed upon work and when they left, I had a beautiful house and tidy yard with no evidence that they were ever there. I overheard my neighbours remark on how great and professional my siding and eavestroughs looks! I would recommend All County to anyone!
