Everything went perfectly. The Navco crew came, installed the roof, left and took all the debris with them. I didn't expect much excitement out of a roof, but the new roof looks vastly superior. The thick ridge caps are the crown of the our neighborhood. I love the little touches such as rain diverters and the lip caps that run along the edges of the roof (not sure what they're called.) They also installed a mini-awning and a sliding door. Both are solidly done.

Nu-Phase Electric was part the team we used to complete our basement extension project. Neil, the electrician from Nu-Phase Electric, did everything from estimating, educating and performing the work, to taking care of the inspection. We pretty much didn't have to lift a finger. The electrical work was probably the smoothest part of the project. Thank you.

The guys at Four Season Insulation have done a beautiful job at installing our spray foam ceiling and fiberglass walls, and the project passed the BC building code inspection (Richard Kadulski) on first try. The staffs are very easy to talk to, the work looks professionally done, and the site was left clean before they left. They exceeded our expectations and we'd use them again for future insulation work.

We received unsolicited compliments from neighbours on our backyard's recent transformation. Michael and his team did an outstanding job and I love their attention to details. The slab patio is completely level and sturdy. The slabs are cut to fit the surrounding structures without lazy shortcuts. The finished product looks even better than my original vision! The site is completely cleaned after the work. I'd use Walkworks again, and will recommend them to my friends and families.
