Valentin is the best! I had him inspect the valves under my kitchen sink and install a new faucet. After he diagnosed the situation, he determined my valves were ok and did not need upgrades or repairs. I had a bad experience with another plumber who unnecessarily upgraded nearly everything in my other kitchen at a huge cost. Valentin was the complete opposite and only fixed what needed to be done, nothing extra. The main pro is Valentin is super responsive with his communication. He always takes the time to answer all of my silly questions about plumbing. I don't know how he does it. He is truly a professor of plumbing! I cannot recommend Professor Valentin enough.

I contacted Valentin to install a backwater valve and I couldn't be happier. Valentin and his crew (Denys and Serghei) were super professional and took the time to explain everything to me. Denys even helped me correct our laundry room drain cover. What a guy. Valentin's communication is excellent...he responds to text messages faster than my wife! Anyway, I highly recommend Strong Plumbing. Now I don't have to worry about sewage flooding my basement.

I could not be more satisfied with Mario and his crew. I hired him to externally waterproof my leaky basement. He did a wonderful job and delivered as promised, within the quoted timeframe. His work even got compliments from the company I later hired to remove the mold from my basement. Mario stands by his work and warranty. Some of the soil around the area sank a bit a year later and he promptly sent somebody to fix it. On another occasion, Mario personally came out to help me troubleshoot my eavestroughs! I cannot recommend Mario enough. He was there to help me through my stressful, leaky basement issues.

We hired Kiya to install new grounded copper wiring for the entire house. Kiya went above and beyond our expectations! He went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied, including installing new outlets, smart switches and even new bathroom fans. He really cares and takes pride in his work and I now feel safe knowing my house is wired correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone...even my 3 year old son approves! Thanks Kiya.
