Gary and his team were out this week, and they did my interior and exterior Airkrete install in half a day. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and were really kind and clean. I'm very happy with their services. Already I'm noticing how much quieter our 1915 house is, and I'm excited to see the benefits of this install show up on our heating and cooling bills. I highly recommend Gary and his team to anyone with an old house looking to increase the R-value of their walls. There's a reason they're getting so many good reviews on here!

The Belyea team delivered another great project for me. They installed my new air to air heat pump and furnace on time and on budget. The team on-site were friendly and knowledgable, and were very careful to keep my house clean when they were working inside. This wasn't my first time using Belyea, and it won't be my last. Thanks!

Matt came out this past week and cleaned my ducts for me. He explained what he did every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and was in and out on time and on budget. When the 10 year old washing machine in my basement rental unit went on the fritz, I assumed I'd have to buy a new washer. I decided to call Appliance Handyman first, and I'm glad I did. I agree with all the other positive reviews here that Edward is talented, kind, and funny. He came out the next morning, assessed the problem quickly, ordered the required replacement part, and was back again the following day to repair it. He was honest, timely, and competent. Edward will be my first call for any future appliance repairs. Just a word of warning that there seem to be a lot of dodgy appliance repair companies in the GTA. Please do your homework and go with a reputable vendor like Appliance Handyman and Edward.

I was happy with the 2021 window replacement these folks did, and decided to have them replace three more windows this past June 2022. The original install crew were messy and disorganized, damaged my hardwood floor, and had to come back to resolve several issues, including nails sticking out of window frames. The glass in two of the three windows was defective, and the tech has been out no less than three times since. One visit was to replace one window pane with another, equally damaged pane. This past Tuesday he came back and replaced another pane, but damaged the window frame to the point where it could not close or latch. It took all week to get him out again, and he tried to "fix" the window by bending it with his bare hands. Bad idea, as he shattered the window today. Now I'm left with shattered glass hanging off of my house being held together with duct tape. I haven't heard anything from their head office and fear that this will be the status quo for another month or two until they can be bothered to come back. I'm writing this review to see if I'll ever hear back from these folks, as this needs fixing ASAP before more glass falls two stories and injures someone. Their customer service is truly terrible, and they do not answer phone calls or emails. I have never written a bad review before, but this company is a joke and people need to know just how little this outfit cares. $4K for three casement windows, 3+ months from original install and two of three windows are still damaged, and 5 visits to date. Do yourself a favour and use literally any other contractor to replace your windows. These folks stop caring the second they charge your credit card (and they're quite prompt when it comes to that, per other reviews).

Hands-down the best team of contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Fred, Dave, and the team were professional and responsive from start to finish on our project, and were very kind people on top of it all. Workmanship and level of care they put into the job were second to none. I won't hesitate to engage Fred and Dave in the future for any home renos and other projects. Thank you.

Ecotech installers delivered and installed my new casement windows on time and on budget. Installer was courteous, kind, and left the work area clean upon departure. I would use Ecotech again in the future.

William and his team delivered on time and on budget. He was professional in explaining how his heating cable install would work, what I could expect, and what I should keep an eye on regarding my roof going forward. It was a pleasure working with William and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to family and friends.

Andrew's been out to deliver various odd jobs around my house, including fully recaulking my bathrooms, and a pending project to repair some drywall for me. Andrew has also assisted in sourcing a plumber that was needed for a faucet repair. Andrew is responsible, reliable, kind, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend working with Andrew on your future projects.

Chris and his team installed a new asphalt wedge against the wall of my house to solve the water drainage issues I was having. Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He responded very promptly to my initial service request, and from there he answered all the questions I had about the project. Chris and his team showed up on time, did great work, and delivered it for exactly the cost he quoted me. I'll definitely be bringing Discount Pothole & Sealing back in the spring to reseal my asphalt, and for all other asphalt repair and sealing jobs going forward! Thank you!

Mohammad and his team were responsive, courteous, and professional. He always responded to emails quickly, came to the job site when he said he would, and got the job done by the date he quoted he. His work is of high quality and his quote was significantly less expensive than the other quotes I received for the work. I'm already in discussions to have him do more work on my property! If I could give MTM General Contracting 11 out of 10, I would!

Earl responded to my service request promptly on a Sunday evening, and he and his team were out Monday AM to address our issues. They were kind, courteous, and explained in detail the results of their roof inspection, and fixed the fallen and loose shingles that needed immediate attention. I would happily refer friends and family to Earl and his team for their roofing needs in the future.
