Eugen came and gave a us a competitive and good quote for stained grey maple cabinet doors and drawers to reface...just the lower ones. He said it would take about a month and sure enough they were installed yesterday, about a month's time. They look great and very good quality. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend Centerpoint Kitchen.

I purchased a skirted Toto toilet last Saturday and it was delivered today to be installed. The toilet is fine but the staff did not at all tell me that the installation required drilling. I live in a condo and no drilling is allowed after 4:00 p.m. When the installer told me around 3:45 that there would drilling I prayed that it would not take too long. It did however and around 4:15 p.m the super and an irate condo owner working knocking at my door telling me this had to stop. It couldn't because the staller was right in the middle. The staff should be educated on the new models to inform the customer about this. Secondly, they should advise the customer to make sure there is enough clearance between the toilet and vanity as these new models have pins drilled in. Fortunately, the installer found a flexible drill that enabled him to finish the job - but for a while it looked like we would have to caulk the toilet. Bottom line, sale service needs improvement. The installer was great!

The taps in the laundry room of my condo were leaking and had damaged our engineered hardwood in the bedroom although it took some time for us to discover this problem. I called Valentin and he tried to accommodate me as I was not available the entire day. He came early Friday morning and found the problem and replaced the taps. He also went the extra mile and checked the drywall in my cupboards as this leak had been ongoing for a couple of weeks and we didn't know it it had affected our drywall. He was prompt, efficient and knew what to do. He also took the time to show me what was worn out and wrote up a complete report for me to submit to our insurance company. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Handyman sent their guy Augusto to sand and prepare my walls for a glass backsplash in the kitchen. He did an excellent job. He took his time because cutting glass tiles are harder than ceramic - but the backsplash got done and looks great. He was courteous and cleaned everything. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Mr. Handyman of Richmond Hill.

We moved in August from a house to a condo and had a lot of boxes that we had packed ourselves. The three movers from GTA Moving Guys came and did a very good job with a sense of humour and at a very good rate. They stopped by a couple of days before to check out the job. Unfortunately, they showed up 45 minutes late, which delayed our arrival time at the condo and cost me extra for the security guard. However, I would recommend them as the job overall was very satisfactory.

We needed pot lights for our condo kitchen. Jose came and did the installation. He was punctual, efficient and answered all our questions and tidied up the kitchen afterwards. We are sure to use him again.
