They came on short notice and Andrew did an excellent job. He carefully and properly installed the faucets and cleaned up well after the job was complete. Also their cost was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend and use again.

I've had a mixed experience with ADT. When the alarm triggers we usually get a very quick call from ADT. However our house was recently broken into during the day time and unfortunately I did not turn on the ADT alarm. However, the intruder knocked loose our front door sensor. I called ADT to come and fix. They said they would send a technician the next day from 12-4pm. Waited all day then they called at 4:30pm saying they could not come. So I rebooked with them the next day from 2-6pm the next day. The tech came at 7pm. I thought they would send the tech first thing after missing the call the day before but I was wrong and waited another 5 hours. The tech who came was excellent, but I was disappointed this is how they would treat a long-time and loyal customer. I'm hoping I'm treated better as I look at a newer alarm system, or I'll switch to another company. ADT like a lot of big American companies seems to put a low priority on customer service, then wonder why they lose customers to competitors with excellent service.

I contacted Moni and he was able to quickly come out and take a look at our home as we required new locks throughout our home. He had great advice and did not try to upsell us with more expensive locks we did not really need. He called before arriving like he committed to. He then did the work in a quick and efficient manner. He had great attention to detail so everything was perfect when he was done. He clearly explained all his charges which were reasonable and the same as he told me before he started the work. I wish all contractors were this professional and honest. I will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbours.

I hired after Laird after meeting with 3 potential contractors. Ron the salesperson seemed knowledgeable and did not try to oversell me or undersell me and recommended the right and excellent solution at a fair price. The 3 person crew that showed up were professional, knowledgeable and had excellent attention to detail. There were a couple of minor adjustments I requested and they came back promptly a couple of days later to get them resolved. We love our new heating system as it is much quieter than the former old furnace, as well, it keeps our house now evenly heated with the 2 stage furnance and the new humidifier makes the home feel warmer and more comfortable. Everyone I dealt with at Laird was professional, honest and easy to work with with excellent products. Would highly recommend.
