Do not hesitate to work with A&J Windows and Doors. We worked with John when we renovated our home in 2018 at the recommendation of our contractor. The professional team at A&J Window and Door installed all new windows, a front and side door and a back sliding glass door. John was patient and professional in helping us pick a colour scheme and the right style of windows for us. Cut to 2024, when we needed a small repair (which we likely could have done ourselves). But I called John and he appeared at our house in 30 minutes, and fixed our latch in 5 minutes. And did not charge us for his time and service. They don't make them like this anymore. A person and company who actually cares about their customers, has integrity and stands behind their products.

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionals from Tailored Living who came to our home. From my first interactions with Jill and Marc, through to the team who built the finished product, everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, flexible and solutions-oriented. The crew who built our unit was polite, worked hard, and treated our home with respect. I enjoyed meeting Rocky and Alex. Alex did a great job, and made sure the area was clean and neat after he worked. He also came by again the next morning to finish – and was kind enough to come early as my husband had a small adjustment he wanted to discuss. We are looking forward to all of the extra organizational space we now have, and our ugly TV wires are now hidden. Thank you again for a job well done.
