The Roofer (Dan) was recommended to me by a neighbour and I'm glad I went with him. The job was very well done and quick, the grounds were kept quite clean and the crew were very careful about falling debris, garbage, etc. The price was very fair and Dan was also helpful pricing out shingle types and styles. Communications were great - Dan answered almost every call and returned any missed calls promptly. Overall I was very satisfied with the job.

Paul installed a Mitsubishi compressor on my exterior wall and two blower units inside my home. The compressor was defective from day one - it was extremely loud and shook the house keeping my kids and us awake at night so we had to keep it off in the evenings. It's operating volume was well above the highest operating decible level range as per the technical specs published by Mitsubishi for this model. Mistubishi's Canadian distributor did their own inspection, said this was normal and said they'd put some vibration-dampening pads on the mounting bracket. Not a solution I wanted to entertain after dropping close to $10K. The dampeners helped a bit but bottom line I'm not happy paying that much for a faulty unit. The point of the story is Paul took it upon himself to purchase a new compressor out of pocket, installed it free of charge and took up the fight with Mitsubishi so I didn't have to. To me that's stellar service. I would highly recommend Paul - he knows his products and clearly cares about his clients and their satisfaction. Thanks Paul!
