Amazing company great job and great warranty, very reliable and professional the owner Dan is great to deal with and always goes the extra mile to make his customers happy.

I had my roof fully replaced in 2021. In April 2023 I contacted Dan because there was a leak coming from the chimney area. He sent someone out and looked and told me it was because of the chimney but that they were still going to send someone out to do repairs around the chimney and as such they would not entertain covering the cost of the internal repairs. We had a mason come in check it out and tell us that the chimney was absolutely not the problem and that it was the roof. Out of an abundance of caution we had the mason fix the chimney even though he told us it was not necessary. Now here we are in winter and the leak is there again. No one was ever sent to fix it. When we took on the project we were told that there is a 5 year warranty on labour - this is not being honured and the damage to my house in increasing. The warranty is worthless and this is a very dishonest experience.

Our roof was in really bad shape and needed to be completely replaced. It was a very stressful time and we'd had some bad experiences with previous roofers not showing up, being unprofessional, shoddy work. We had an excellent experience with Dan and his team who gave us a fair price, showed up on time, left things very tidy and were just really professional and great to work with. I purchased a derelict property that has 2 buildings and multiple roofs/roof styles - all is various states of disrepair. The previous owner chose not to repair. Instead, the put tarp over tarp and finally covered the whole rotting mess with metal sheathing using deck screws. This did not stop the roof from leaking and posed additional safety risks from loose metal sheathing.
Most roofing companies were afraid to take this job on as they could not determine the full scope of work. Dan knew what needed to be done, gave me a competitive quote and his crew did top-quality work. It was completed in a timely manner with minimal impact to my tenants.

Needed a small eavestrough job to help with ice build-up in the winter. The Roofer Ltd came out and gave me a great price. Due to circumstances beyond their control, they couldn't get to the job right away. They kept in constant touch with me to advise when the work was to be done. Work was done and they did a great job. I would recommend them for any size roofing or eavestrough job. Very happy with their customer service and their work.
